Refund and Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to make the return process as smooth as possible. Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing information.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at dimarsam.online@gmail.com for further instructions.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return is received.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves to give to you, we will process a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email us at dimarsam.online@gmail.com to receive the return shipping address. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
